Special offers can not be used in conjunction with free fireworks deals.

Payment is required with confirmation of your order. We do not offer a sale or return facility.

Goods are dispatched up to 21 days prior to your display. A national carrier normally delivers them during working hours Monday to Friday. All deliveries will require a signature by persons over 18 years of age. Only sign for the number of packages received. Unsuccessful deliveries may incur further charges for re delivery. Please make sure the person nominated is able to receive and store them. A surcharge may be applied if a delivery is refused or cannot be completed. The order will not be left without a valid signature.

We require orders to be placed a minimum of 5 working days prior to display date to ensure we can process and deliver your order in time.

Claims for shortages must be made in writing within three days of receipt of your goods. Please check all packages carefully and only sign for the number you receive as orders may arrive in 2 or 3 parts. This will be confirmed as soon as possible. Do not wait until the day of your display before checking the contents.

All fireworks conform to British Standards BS7114 Part:2 1988 and are supplied on the condition they will be used in accordance with the manufacturers instructions supplied.

Purchasers must be eighteen years of age or over.

It is illegal to sell adult fireworks to anyone under 18.

It is illegal for anyone under 18 to possess fireworks in a public place.

There is a £20.00 carriage and packing charge on all orders mainland UK. There may be an additional charge for delivery to Scottish Highlands. We do not ship worldwide.

Every effort is made to complete your order in full but should the need arise to make substitutions they will be of the same value or greater.

No consequential losses arising out of the use of any products will be accepted.

Prices are correct at the time of publication but are subject to change without prior notification. All prices on the website are in pounds sterling (£).

Terms of Cancellation, Returns & Refund

Products may be returned for a refund or exchange:

Solar Fireworks will arrange collection of the goods using their preferred carrier at your expense.

Returned products must in accordance with the following procedure:-

Repackage the products securely together with the reason for return, the invoice number, your email address or telephone number and instructions as to whether you would like a refund or a replacement. All unwanted goods must be in resalable condition, in their original packaging and with any security seals still intact. All returns are made at your risk and cost and must be made within 7 days of receipt of the product.

If you are returning an incorrect or damaged item from Solar Fireworks we will refund the original invoice charge for the item and your return carrier costs to your payment card.
